Private Pilot Information

Each season, private and corporate pilots from all over North America choose Hatchet's 6,000' approved compacted sand, clay and gravel runway as their destination.

From Canadian Regional's 60 passenger F-28s, Convair 580 Prop-Jets, Cessna Citations, Twin Beech 100's or King Airs to Mooney and Beechcraft and other high performance aircraft, we see a wide variety of aircraft each season. The Hatchet Lake Lodge runway is located:

Rates

If arriving by private aircraft, our complete package runs $3,395.00 (2008 rate) for 5 days/4 nights.

Corporate Jets

Corporate Jets can now land at Points North runway which is equipped with ILS and only 32 miles south of the lodge. Then the Hatchet Lake Lodge float plane can pick you up and bring you to the lodge.

Hatchet's main runway is located two miles from the main lodge.

Both Jet fuel and Av Gas is available 32 miles south at Points North Landing:
