Deep in the wilderness, civilization is live and well at the table at Hatchet Lake Lodge. In fact, we've had guests tell us they'd come for the food alone!
Your breakfast might include a mug of steaming hot coffee, eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast or pancakes, and a hearty bowl of our signature Red River Cereal.
Dinner is a bit more formal, with beautifully prepared meats, vegetables, breads and desserts, served family style on white tablecloths. We offer full bar service and we'll be happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements you may have.
At mid-day, of course, you will be enjoying an unforgettable Hatchet Lake ritual… a delicious shore lunch!
